Within 24-hours you will receive an estimate of the hours it will take to complete your project and an action plan. Contact me with any questions, concerns and to schedule a decluttering session.
A liability release form and waiver will be provided and require the Client's signature before we begin a session.
The Client's information, both business and personal, will remain confidential at all times and will continue after the conclusion of the professional relationship.
Photos may be taken during the assessment to serve as reference for creating an estimate and record for discarding and donation drop(s). If used for marketing purposes, the Client’s identifiable information will never be disclosed without their written consent.
Full payment is due upon completion of each session. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, Venmo or Zelle.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation of 50% of 3-hour minimum session fee.
